During the transition from the old solution to efficy CRM, all data and fields were taken over. The whole process went smoothly, partly thanks to the close cooperation between Accedis and efficy. Thanks to the timely delivery, Accedis was able to use its cloud CRM as soon as it moved into its new offices.
The users were trained and efficy CRM was very intuitive, so they quickly found their feet in the tool. They particularly appreciated the ‘atomic model’ that links all the CRM elements together. Thanks to this model, Accedis has a 360° view of each customer. Multifunctionality is easily managed, and people working for several companies can be identified at a glance, without duplication. This way, the relationship with the customers is followed more efficiently.
